What we do with your details.
Short version: we use what you send us to give you an estimate and arrange a visit. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or keep it longer than we need to.
What we collect
Your name and phone number, your email if you add one, the town and details of the project, any photos you choose to add, and the days you said work for a visit. If you reach us another way, we keep what you gave us then.
Why we collect it
To work out an estimate, to arrange the on-site visit, to send you the firm quote, and to do the work you book. We do not send marketing without a separate yes from you. The only one we ask for is an optional, unticked box on the estimate form to hear when next season's dates open, and you can unsubscribe from that at any time.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests that do not become jobs are deleted after two years. Photos you upload are deleted 90 days after you send them. Your request and any photos are also emailed to our business inbox so we can reply. Records of work we did for you are kept as long as business and tax rules require.

Site statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and steps of the estimate form people use. It sets a cookie with a random number, not your name. Your name, phone, email and notes are never sent to it. Advertising features are switched off. You can block it with your browser settings or Google's opt-out add-on, and the site works the same.
